ATBU Warns Final Year Students Of Scam Alert

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi has issued a warning to final year students in the Faculty of Science regarding a scam attempt by an individual posing as a university official.

According to the alert, Mr. Reuben, claiming to be from the Exams & Records Department, is offering to "float" carryover courses for final year students. The university confirms this as a fraudulent scheme and advises students not to engage with Mr. Reuben or share personal information.

Students are cautioned to be vigilant and report any contact or suspicious activity to the appropriate university authorities immediately.
