Bayero University Announces Online Screening Exercise for 2025/2026 UTME Candidates

Bayero University, Kano, has announced an online screening exercise for candidates who applied for admission into the university for the 2025/2026 academic session. The screening will take place from August 4, 2025, to August 24, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the screening, candidates must have:

- Chosen Bayero University as their first choice

- Scored not less than the indicated minimum score for their chosen program

Cut-Off Marks:

The cut-off marks for various programs are as follows:

- Faculty of Agriculture:v160

- Faculty of Allied Health Sciences:v160-220 (varies by program)

- Faculty of Arts & Islamic Studies: 160

How to Apply:

To participate in the screening, candidates should:

2. Click on the "2025 UTME ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE" link

3. Log in with their UTME registration number and aggregate score

4. Fill in the provided form and upload required documents

5. Generate and download their Personalized Payment Invoice (PPI)

6. Pay the screening fee of N2,000 via Remita

Important Notes:

- Candidates are advised to upload their O'Level results on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS)

- Supplying false information will result in disqualification

- Blind and foreign candidates are exempted from the aptitude test but need to register online

- Candidates who fail to register for the screening exercise within the stipulated date will not be considered ¹
