Bayero University Releases Postgraduate Admission Form for 2024/2025 Session

Bayero University Kano (BUK) has commenced the sale of postgraduate application forms for the 2024/2025 academic session. The online application portal opened on Monday, December 30, 2024, and will close on Friday, May 30, 2025.

Prospective applicants can access the application form on the university's website. The application fee is ₦12,000 (Twelve Thousand Naira only), including administrative charges.

Applicants must ensure they meet the entry requirements for their chosen program, including five O'Level credits in English Language and Mathematics. Additionally, applicants for Ph.D/M.Phil and Academic Masters' programs must submit transcripts of their academic records to the Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies. Ph.D applicants must also provide a short research proposal (not exceeding 350 words) as part of their application.

To apply, candidates should visit the application portal, generate a username and password, and follow the prompts to complete the application process. Successful applicants will be required to submit their NYSC discharge certificates, certificate of exemption or exclusion, among other documents during the screening exercise.
