Bayero University SERVICOM Directorate Embarks on Faculty Sensitization Tour

The Directorate of University SERVICOM at Bayero University Kano (BUK) has announced a sensitization and interaction tour with faculties, heads of departments, and level coordinators across the university.

The tour, scheduled to commence on Monday, January 20, 2025, aims to promote awareness and understanding of the SERVICOM initiative, which focuses on enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction within the university.

The sensitization tour will cover all faculties, with the following schedule:

- Monday, January 20: Faculty of Social Sciences

- Tuesday, January 21: Faculty of Computing, Faculty of Arts and Islamic Studies

- Thursday, January 23: Faculty of Law, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine

- Monday, January 27: Faculty of Sciences, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences

- Tuesday, January 28: Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Life Sciences, Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences

- Other faculties will be visited on subsequent dates.

The Directorate of University SERVICOM invites all faculty members, heads of departments, and level coordinators to participate in these sensitization sessions, which will take place at 11:00 am on the designated dates.
