BOSU Community Celebrates Eid-el-Kabir with Special Prayer

The Borno State University (BOSU) community came together to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir with a special two Raka'at prayer at the BOSU Eid ground. The prayer was led by the Imam Idaini of BOSU, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Bashir Ali.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Babagana Gutti, joined hundreds of students, staff, and residents of Maiduguri for the prayer. In his sermon, Imam Idaini emphasized the importance of sacrifice and charity, encouraging Muslims to share with the vulnerable during the festive period.

The Imam also called for peaceful coexistence among Nigerians and offered special prayers for peace in Borno State and the country at large. The celebration served as an opportunity for the community to strengthen their bonds and come together in unity.
