Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Igbariam Campus, has announced a special luncheon with the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Kate Azuka Omenugha, to commemorate the World Remembrance Day for Road Traffic Victims.

The event is being organised by the Students Accident Emergency and Safety Unit (SAES) of the university under the theme, “Remembering Lives, Promoting Safety.”
