COOU Suspends 'Nze Na Ozo' Student Association Over Environmental Littering

The management of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) has suspended all activities of the "Nze Na Ozo" Student Association with immediate effect over persistent environmental littering on campus.

In a notice issued by the university, the management said the decision followed repeated cases of deliberate littering by the association despite several warnings.

The university announced that all meetings, gatherings and other activities of the association have been prohibited within the campus until further notice.

COOU also warned that any student or student association found violating the directive would face appropriate disciplinary measures in line with the institution's laws and regulations.
