Dr. Najeeb Auwal Abubakar Promoted to Associate Professor of Islamic Studies and Shari'a at Bayero University Kano

Bayero University Kano (BUK) is pleased to announce the promotion of Najeeb Auwal Abubakar to the rank of Associate Professor of Islamic Studies and Shari'a, effective January 10, 2024.

This well-deserved promotion recognizes Associate Professor Abubakar's outstanding contributions to the field of Islamic studies and Shari'a. His research and teaching expertise have significantly impacted the University's department of Islamic studies and Shari'a.

As an associate professor, Najeeb Auwal Abubakar will continue to play a key role in shaping the academic programs and research activities of the University's faculty of Islamic studies. His leadership and mentorship will inspire and guide future generations of Islamic scholars.
