DV-C Research and Partnerships Receives NIOB Delegation at FULafia

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Partnerships) of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Ibrahim Ogiri Hassan, has received a delegation from the Nigerian Institute of Builders (NIOB), Nasarawa State Branch, who paid him a courtesy visit to congratulate him on his appointment.

Hassan thanked the delegation for the show of solidarity and appreciated Prof. M. I. Kida, the Vice-Chancellor of FULafia, for the confidence he placed in him. 

He urged builders to uphold professional integrity and provide solutions to recurring building collapse in Nigeria.

The leader of the delegation, the Nasarawa State Chairman of the NIOB, Mukama Okpede, said that their visit to Hassan has coincided with the activities marking the Builders Week, praying for Hassan to succeed in his new assignment.
