Ecobank Nigeria Ltd. Pays Courtesy Visit to KHAIRUN

A delegation from Ecobank Nigeria Limited, led by the Divisional Head, FCT & North, Mrs. Rita Ademola, paid a courtesy visit to Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano (KHAIRUN), on Tuesday, 27th January, 2026, as part of efforts to familiarise and appreciate the existing cordial relationship between the bank and the university.

The delegation was warmly received by the Registrar, Malam Yusuf Datti, who welcomed them on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor. In his remarks, the Registrar conveyed the Vice-Chancellor’s appreciation for the visit and described it as a testament to the strong institutional relationship between KHAIRUN and Ecobank.

Malam Yusuf Datti also presented a brief history of the university, highlighting its establishment, vision, and steady growth, as well as its commitment to academic excellence, moral values, and community development. He noted that partnerships with reputable corporate institutions such as Ecobank remain vital to the achievement of the university’s mission.

Speaking during the visit, Mrs. Rita Ademola expressed gratitude for the warm reception accorded to the delegation and commended KHAIRUN for its progress in the delivery of quality higher education. She reiterated Ecobank Nigeria Limited’s commitment to sustaining and strengthening its relationship with the university.
