Edo State University, Iyamho Announces 11th Matriculation Ceremony for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Vice-Chancellor of Edo State University, Iyamho, Professor Victor O. Adetimirin, on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, staff, and students, has formally announced the institution’s 11th Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted students of the 2025/2026 academic session.

The matriculation ceremony is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 26 February 2026, at the Aliko Dangote Auditorium within the university campus. The event will commence at 11:00 a.m., while invited guests are expected to be seated by 10:30 a.m.

The ceremony marks the formal admission of new students into the university community, signifying their official induction into academic life and their commitment to the institution’s standards of scholarship, discipline, and character.

Members of the university community, parents, guardians, and invited guests are expected to attend the event as the institution welcomes a new cohort of students into its academic programme.
