Edo State University, Iyamho, Receives President, Rotary Club Auchi Central and Zonal Heads

Edo State University, Iyamho, on Thursday, 18th September 2025, hosted the President of the Rotary Club of Auchi Central, Rtn. Christopher Osamudiamen Ighodaro (MD), alongside zonal executive heads, on a courtesy visit to the University.

In his address, Rtn. Ighodaro congratulated the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Victor Olawale Adetimirin, and expressed the Club’s intention to extend its presence to the University community.

Responding, Prof. Adetimirin welcomed the initiative and assured the delegation of his full support for the establishment of the Rotary Club on campus. He acknowledged the Club’s impactful contributions across Nigeria and emphasized the importance of such collaborations in fostering service and goodwill.

The Vice-Chancellor further encouraged the Rotary Club of Nigeria to continue to uphold its reputation as ambassadors of service and good deeds.
