EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, Delivers Convocation Lecture at Redeemer’s University 17th Convocation Ceremony
Redeemer’s University, Ede, Osun State, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, played host to the Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Ola Olukoyede, who delivered the Convocation Lecture as part of events marking the institution’s 17th Convocation Ceremony and 20th Anniversary.
Redeemer’s University, Ede, Osun State, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, played host to the Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Ola Olukoyede, who delivered the Convocation Lecture as part of events marking the institution’s 17th Convocation Ceremony and 20th Anniversary.

Delivering a lecture titled “Beyond Degrees: Cultivating Purpose, Resilience and Service in a Complex World,” Mr. Olukoyede challenged graduating students and Nigerian youths to look beyond their academic certificates and embrace purpose-driven living in a fast-evolving global society.
He emphasized the need for resilience, creativity, and integrity, urging young Nigerians to leverage digital tools, develop innovative ideas, and contribute meaningfully to national development.

The EFCC Chairman further encouraged students to become problem solvers and global citizens with a strong moral foundation, reminding them that true success goes beyond titles and credentials.
The convocation lecture formed part of the lineup of activities celebrating Redeemer’s University’s two decades of academic excellence, innovation, and character development.
