ESUT Announces 45th Matriculation Ceremony and Orientation for New Students

The University community is hereby informed that the 45th Matriculation Ceremony of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) is scheduled to hold on Friday, 20th February 2026.

In line with University tradition, a two-day orientation exercise for newly admitted students will take place on Wednesday, 18th and Thursday, 19th February 2026. During the orientation, all students will receive their matriculation packages and academic gowns upon payment of the approved fees as follows:

• Hiring of Academic Gown (Undergraduate): ₦10,000
• Hiring of Academic Gown (Postgraduate): ₦15,000
• Matriculation Packages (Undergraduate & Postgraduate): ₦5,000

Fresh students (both Undergraduate and Postgraduate) are instructed to visit portal.esut.edu.ng, select Sundry Fees to generate an invoice for the academic gown and matriculation packages, and proceed to any commercial bank to make payment using the generated invoice.

Students are encouraged to complete payments promptly to facilitate smooth participation in the orientation and matriculation events.
