  1. Those who opted for Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first-choice institution in the 2023/2024 UTME.
  2. Those who achieved the mandated cut-off score of 120 in the UTME.
  3. Those possessing the relevant O-level credits as stipulated in the JAMB brochure.
  4. Candidates who have uploaded their O-level results onto JAMB CAPS through a Certified CBT Centre.

Online Application Procedure

Eligible candidates must follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Polytechnic’s Official Portal: Visit Federal Polytechnic Offa’s application portal at https://fedpoffaonline.edu.ng/.
  2. Initiate Online Payment: Make an online payment of ₦2,000 using an ATM card compatible with Interswitch.
  3. Enter Personal Information and Security Details: Fill in the required details, complete the security form, and upload relevant credentials.
  4. Download Screening Documents: Print the security form and the post-screening slip.
  5. Submit Documents in Person: Candidates are obligated to personally submit the printed security form at the security office located in the Main Campus along Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.

  • Candidates must inscribe their names fully, with the surname listed first, consistent with how it appears on their JAMB result slip and O-level certificates.
