Federal Polytechnic, Ede Student Dies in Accident

A tragic accident occurred earlier today at around 8:00 a.m. in Ondo Town, involving a student of the Federal Polytechnic, Ede (FEDPOLEL).

Mrs. Adeshewa Oyeiyi, a Computer Engineering student, was involved in the accident while being conveyed to school on a motorcycle by her husband. Unfortunately, their son lost his life at the scene.

The Students' Union Government (SUG) of FEDPOLEL, led by the President-Elect, Comr. Ojo James Liberty, visited the student at the UNIMED Teaching Hospital, where she is receiving treatment. The SUG has extended its condolences to the affected family and has pledged to seek justice and provide support during this difficult time.

The SUG President-Elect has advised students, especially freshers, to use the campus shuttle services for their safety. The union also urged students to exercise caution in their daily movements .
