The authorities of Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, in Essien Udim, have announced the appointment of three new principal officers following interviews conducted by the institution’s Governing Council on October 6 and 7, 2025.
The appointments, which took effect from October 8, were based on merit after a transparent selection process.
Newly Appointed Principal Officers
The Polytechnic's new leadership team includes:
Registrar: Mr. Idhigu Honda Lucky
Bursar: Dr. Emmanuel Obinna Esomonu
Polytechnic Librarian: Mr. Ehikioya Uduebor A.
The appointments were confirmed in a statement released by Manasseh Umoette, Acting Director of Communication and other related matters for the Federal Polytechnic, Ukana.
