Fountain University has released key dates for the resumption of academic activities and announced the commencement of the online hostel balloting process for the new academic session.

Resumption Dates

The University is set to welcome students back on the following dates:

 Returning Students: Sunday, October 12th

 Fresh Students: Sunday, October 26th

Hostel Balloting and Payment Instructions

The balloting and allocation process will begin soon and requires prompt payment to secure a space:

 Balloting Commencement: Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, at 10:00 AM

 Platform: The exercise will be conducted via the student portal.

 Payment Rule: Once a hostel is selected, students must ensure payment is made within one hour, otherwise the reserved space will be automatically released.

 Damage Fees: Students with outstanding hostel damage fees are advised to settle them immediately to avoid disruption during the balloting exercise.

 Room Allocation: Room and bedspace assignments will be automatic. The Hostel Management Committee will provide guidance upon arrival.
