Federal University of Health Sciences Azare Announces Physical Screening Exercise for 2024 UTME Admission Applicants

The Federal University of Health Sciences Azare has invited certain 2024 UTME admission applicants for a Physical Screening Exercise, scheduled to take place from September 2 to September 6, 2024.
The exercise will be held at the University Senate Chamber, Azare, and will take place on the following dates:
- Monday, September 2: Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) and Dentistry (BDS) candidates
- Wednesday, September 4: Nursing candidates
- Thursday, September 5: Optometry, Audiology, Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Physiotherapy, Environmental Health, and Information Technology & Health Informatics candidates
- Friday, September 6: Radiography and Nutrition & Dietetic candidates
Applicants are required to bring the originals and one set of photocopies of the following documents:
- Acknowledgement Form (printed from the FUHSA Post-UTME Portal)
- UTME Result slip
- 'O' Level Result (WAEC/NECO)
- Scratch cards for 'O' level result(s) submitted
- Evidence of Local Government Area of origin
- Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Age Declaration
The screening exercise will take place from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily.
