Admiralty University of Nigeria (ADUN) Joins NUGA

Admiralty University of Nigeria (ADUN) is thrilled to announce its official membership in the Nigerian University Games Association (NUGA).

This significant milestone was confirmed by the NUGA secretariat and is a testament to the university’s commitment to holistic student development.

On behalf of the Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dili Ofuokwu, and the entire University Management, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the ADUN community for this remarkable achievement.

Becoming a NUGA member opens doors for ADUN students to participate in various sporting events, fostering camaraderie, sportsmanship, and a healthy lifestyle. As a member, ADUN will also join the Nigerian University Staff Sports Association (NUSSA) and the Higher Institution Football League (HIFL).

NUGA, established in 1965, has a rich history of nurturing sporting talents for the nation. Over the years, numerous NUGA athletes have gone on to represent Nigeria at international competitions, including the Commonwealth and Olympic Games. ADUN is proud to join this legacy and contribute to the development of Nigerian sports.

We encourage our students to embrace this opportunity to showcase their athletic abilities and bring honor to themselves and the  university.

Congratulations to the entire ADUN community!
