CIPSSON FUNAAB Chapter Inaugurates New Executives

The Chartered Institute of Professional Secretarial Staff of Nigeria (CIPSSON), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Chapter, has officially inaugurated its newly elected executives. The event, which took place on March 27, 2025, at the Postgraduate School Auditorium, witnessed the presence of dignitaries from the State Executives alongside numerous University Secretarial staff members.

The newly inaugurated executives include Mrs. Oluwakemi Johnson as President, Mrs. Kudirat Sonde as Secretary, Mr. Oluwafemi Aina as Treasurer, Mrs. Esther Okoh as Public Relations Officer, and Mrs. Opeyemi Jejelola as Financial Secretary. Additionally, Mrs. Abiola Olusoji was appointed as Welfare Officer, while Ibukun Omotuyi assumed the role of Ex-Officio.

In her inaugural address, the new President, Mrs. Oluwakemi Johnson, expressed profound gratitude to members for their trust and confidence in her leadership. She pledged to work diligently to advance the interests of Secretarial staff while upholding the core values of the Institute.

Addressing the gathering, the State Coordinator, Mr. Olayode Oladejo, emphasized the importance of dedication, transparency, and accountability in leadership. He urged the new executives to collaborate effectively with the University Management to achieve the objectives of the Institute and foster professional growth within the institution.

The inauguration marks a new chapter for CIPSSON FUNAAB Chapter as the new leadership is set to drive initiatives that will benefit its members and enhance the professional standards of Secretarial staff at the University.
