The story highlights a persistent challenge among youths—the feeling of inadequacy despite outward success or talent. The protagonist’s journey demonstrates how rigid upbringing, high expectations, and societal pressures can intensify an inferiority complex. Yet, the unwavering support of friends emerges as a stabilizing force, reinforcing the novel’s central message: an individual’s worth is not defined by society, and recognizing one’s inherent potential is essential for personal growth and healing.
