FULafia DVC Urges Accounting Students to Strive for Relevance and Integrity

Professor Sama'ila Usman Dakyes, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research and Partnerships at Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), has charged accounting students to prioritize dedication, honesty, and transparency in their academic and professional pursuits.

Speaking at a workshop organized by the Department of Accounting, Dakyes emphasized:

1. The importance of staying relevant through continuous learning

2. Upholding integrity and transparency in personal and professional life

The workshop, facilitated by Tokuns International Limited, aimed to update students' knowledge in today's digital landscape.

FULafia's Dean of Faculty of Management Sciences, Professor Mohammed Isa Kida, commended students for attending and encouraged them to be ambassadors of the university.
