FULafia Governing Council Announces Promotion for Staff Members
The Governing Council of FULafia has promoted several staff members, including Dr. Agbawu Bashir Musa to Senior Deputy Registrar and Mr. Ovye James Aboki to Senior Deputy Bursar.

In a recent meeting chaired by Pro-Chancellor Hon. Lola Fibisola Akande, the Governing Council of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) announced the promotion of key staff members.
Dr. Agbawu Bashir Musa, previously the Special Assistant (Project) to the Vice-Chancellor, has been elevated from Deputy Registrar to Senior Deputy Registrar. Additionally, Mr. Ovye James Aboki has advanced to the role of Senior Deputy Bursar from his previous position as Deputy Bursar.
Other notable promotions include Musa Dahiru, now a Deputy Registrar, and Mrs. Ramatu Suleiman Dikko, who has been promoted to Deputy Bursar. Mr. Ityonzughul Orkuma has also been elevated to Deputy Director in the Audit Department.
In the Directorate of Works and Maintenance, Engr. Riyadh A. Ojulari has been promoted to Deputy Director, while Engr. Shittu D. Habila has also moved up to the same rank. Furthermore, Malam Abubakar Ibrahim of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations has been appointed Deputy Director.
These promotions reflect the university's commitment to recognizing and advancing the contributions of its staff.
