FULafia Staff Productivity Promotion Unit Hosts Memorable End-of-Year Get-Together
FULafia's SPPU held an end-of-year event on December 14, 2024, celebrating staff contributions with gift presentations and words of encouragement from university officials.

December 16 2024, marked a memorable occasion for the Staff Productivity Promotion Unit (SPPU) of the Federal University Lafia (FULafia) as it hosted an end-of-year get-together to celebrate and appreciate its staff's remarkable contributions throughout the year.
The event, organized to foster teamwork and acknowledge staff efforts, featured the presentation of gifts and certificates of appreciation to outstanding staff members. Representing the Registrar, Malam Nuradeen Abdu, the Deputy Registrar of Academic Affairs, Mr. Mustapha Idiaro, commended the unit for its dedication. He applauded their contributions to the university’s success and urged them to sustain their excellent work.
“The reward for hard work is more work,” he remarked, emphasizing the importance of continued diligence.
Comrade Becky Kajo, the Head of SPPU, expressed her gratitude to the staff for their teamwork and dedication. She acknowledged the unit's mandate of training and retraining staff as established by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, and praised their collective commitment to excellence.
The event was graced by notable guests, including FULafia ANUPA Chairperson Mrs. Joyce Ayuba and Comrade Grace Augustine. It concluded with the presentation of gifts to two outgoing staff members, Abdulrazak Aganji and Mr. Dan'Asabe Agyege, in recognition of their significant contributions to the unit.
