FULafia VC Pledges Support for New College of Postgraduate Studies Building

The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Lafia, Prof. Mohammed Isa Kida, has commended the management and staff of the University’s College of Postgraduate Studies for positively transforming the college.

Kida, equally, praised the staff for their prudent management of the college's resources.

Kida made the commendation when he received the Provost of the College of Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Victor Dugga, and his staff on a courtesy visit to his office.

He praised Dugga, acknowledging the contributions of the late Prof. Dauda Ena, the college's former dean, for laying a solid foundation for the college.

Speaking on the proposed design for the college's building presented to him by Dugga, the vice-chancellor promised to give quick attention to the matter.

Earlier, in his remarks, Dugga said the visit was made to congratulate Kida on his recent appointment and assumption of office as the fourth Vice-Chancellor of the University.

He pledged, on behalf of his college, to support the Kida-led administration.
