FUNAAB Appoints Prof. Emmanuel Idehen as TIMTEC Chairman

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta has approved the appointment of Emmanuel Idehen as Chairman of the Time-Table and Examinations Committee (TIMTEC), in a move aimed at strengthening academic scheduling and examination management systems.

Idehen, who also serves as Academic Coordinator of Degree Programmes at Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, assumes the role following approval by Vice-Chancellor Babatunde Kehinde.

The appointment takes effect from March 26, 2026, and runs for a two-year tenure ending March 25, 2028.

In his new capacity, Idehen is expected to apply his academic and administrative expertise to improve operational efficiency within TIMTEC, particularly in the areas of timetable coordination and examination logistics.

The development reflects ongoing administrative adjustments within the university aimed at enhancing academic delivery and institutional effectiveness.
