FUNATO Opens 2025/2026 Online Admission Screening for UTME Candidates

The Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Okeho (FUNATO), has announced the commencement of its Online Admission Screening Exercise for 100 Level (UTME) candidates seeking admission into its NUC-approved undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

FUNATO Opens 2025/2026 Online Admission Screening for UTME Candidates

The Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Okeho (FUNATO), has announced the commencement of its Online Admission Screening Exercise for 100 Level (UTME) candidates seeking admission into its NUC-approved undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the University Management, the screening registration will run from Monday, January 5 to Monday, January 12, 2026, with no extension permitted. Eligible candidates are advised to complete their applications within the stipulated period.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the screening exercise, candidates must:

  • Score a minimum of 150 in the 2025 UTME.
  • Choose FUNATO as first choice (or effect a change of institution on the JAMB portal on or before December 31, 2025).
  • Possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Be 16 years old or above by October 1, 2025.

Admissions are open into accredited programmes under the following colleges:

  • College of Livestock Development & Environmental Sciences
  • College of Agricultural Development & Human Ecology
  • College of Engineering & Technology
  • College of Science & Computing
  • College of Plant Science & Crop Production
  • College of Environmental Design & Geospatial Technology

Screening Fees

  • Portal Access Fee: ₦3,000
  • Screening Fee: ₦2,550

Post-UTME Screening Schedule

  • Dates: January 19 – January 30, 2026

  • Proof of payment for portal access and screening fees
  • Correct personal details matching JAMB records
