Gombe State University Receives N24 Million Donation for Students' Registration Fees

Gombe State University has received a donation of N24,015,516 from Jidadu Ventures Limited, led by Chairman Yahaya Barambu, to cover the registration fees of 304 students for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This gesture follows an earlier intervention where the company paid N4,328,264 to cover the registration fees of 60 students.

The donation benefits students from various local government areas in Gombe State, including Akko, Yamaltu/Deba, Gombe, Nafada, Kwami, Funakaye, Dukku, Balanga, Billiri, Kaltungo, and Shongom. The beneficiaries are drawn from different faculties, including the College of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science, and Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
