Kaduna State University (KASU) and RUDN University, Russian Federation, have partnered to host a two-day professional course on Journal Publishing and Entrepreneurial Journalism for graduate students.
The event, held on July 22-23, 2024, at KASU's auditorium and library, aimed to enhance students' skills in journal publishing and entrepreneurial journalism.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Abdullahi I. Musa, represented by DVC Academic Prof. Yusha'u Ibrahim Ango, emphasized the importance of the partnership and encouraged participants to engage fully.
The course featured presentations from top professionals, including Dr. Mustapha Muhammad Jamiu, Dr. Razaq M. Adisa, Prof. Sauda Abdul Baqi, and others, covering topics such as data analysis tools, writing for national and international journals, and editorial standards.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed to formalize the partnership between KASU and RUDN University.
Certificates were awarded to participants, and attendees included top university officials, including DVCs and the Acting Director of University Advancement.
