KASU SA to VC on Research Culture Participates in International Workshop on Equitable Partnerships

The Special Adviser to the Vice-Chancellor of Kaduna State University (KASU) on Research Culture, Prof. Hauwa’u E. Yusuf, has participated in an international workshop on Building Equitable International Partnerships in Higher Education Institutions. The two-day event, held in Ghana from March 10 to March 11, 2025, was organized by the British Council.
The workshop provided participants with an opportunity to engage in insightful sessions focused on fostering equitable and sustainable partnerships in higher education. A key highlight was the introduction of a specialized toolkit developed by the British Council, designed to facilitate effective collaborations based on lessons from previous international partnership experiences.
Academics and researchers from Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and Ghana attended the workshop, creating a dynamic platform for exchanging knowledge and best practices. Discussions centered on strategies for enhancing institutional collaboration, ensuring mutual benefits, and promoting long-term academic partnerships.
