Kwara State University Issues Disclaimer on Reopening of 2024/2025 Admission Portal

Kwara State University (KWASU) has issued a disclaimer notice regarding a social media post claiming that the institution has reopened its registration portal for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The university management stated that the post, which also listed newly approved programs as open to admission seekers, is fraudulent and did not emanate from KWASU.

KWASU clarified that it has offered admissions to candidates who had earlier applied to the institution and met the criteria for the new programs. These candidates have been officially contacted to take up the offer on their KWASU portal.

The university warned the public to be cautious of transacting any business with individuals outside the official KWASU portal, as the institution will not be held liable for any such transactions.
