LASU Begins Central Admissions Clearance For 2025/2026 Full-Time Undergraduates

Lagos State University (LASU) has announced that the Central Admissions Clearance (LACACA) exercise for newly admitted full-time undergraduate students for the 2025/2026 academic session will commence on Wednesday, 17th September 2025.
The clearance will be conducted online through the LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application (LACACA), developed by LASU Consult Limited. Successful candidates will be issued matriculation numbers upon completion, while unsuccessful candidates will forfeit their provisional admission.
All admitted students are required to pay the acceptance fee, medical fee, and clearance fee via the LASU e-payment portal before starting the process.
Procedure For Payment Of Clearance Fees
- Visit lasu.edu.ng/consult
- Supply JAMB Registration Number in the field labelled Matriculation Number/Application Number
- Provide a valid email address and phone number
- Click Continue
Step-By-Step Guide To Complete The LACACA Operation
- Visit the LASU website – https://www.lasu.edu.ng
- Navigate to the STUDENT tab and click on UG LACACA
- Enter UTME Registration Number and Surname, then click Submit
On the dashboard, candidates must:
- Validate basic biodata details
- Verify disability status
- Upload O’Level scratch card details
- Upload original birth certificate
- Upload original UTME results
- Upload original JAMB admission letter
- Upload scanned signature
- Submit the application by checking the “I Agree” box and clicking Submit
Clearance Progression
- At submission, clearance progresses to 20%, with documents forwarded for review.
- Candidates must track clearance status regularly, as additional action may be required.
- Any correction of errors attracts a payment on the LASU e-payment portal (https://www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment).
- Upon reaching 100% clearance, students can print the LASU Admission Clearance Certificate for the 2025/2026 session and will be assigned a matriculation number.
