Lens Poly Offa Empowers Academic Staff with Research and Project Writing Workshop
The School of Business and Management Studies at Lens Polytechnic, Offa, recently hosted a "Train-the-Trainer" workshop aimed at elevating the research and project writing standards of its academic staff.
Held at the Polytechnic’s permanent site, the seminar served as a strategic platform to equip educators with advanced pedagogical tools and practical methodologies essential for guiding student research in the field of business and management.

Keynote facilitator Mr. H. A. Adebowale from Summit University, Offa, delivered an insightful session on the fundamentals of systematic inquiry. He emphasized that academic research must be inherently problem-solving, acting as a critical bridge between theoretical classroom concepts and real-world industrial applications.
The host Dean, Mr. Fatai Azeez, alongside the project coordinator, Mrs. Muhammed, welcomed the management’s reaffirmation of its commitment to continuous professional development. By investing in the capacity of its "trainers," Lens Polytechnic aims to ensure that its graduates remain competitive and research-capable in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
