The School of Business and Management Studies at Lens Polytechnic, Offa, recently hosted a "Train-the-Trainer" workshop aimed at elevating the research and project writing standards of its academic staff.

Held at the Polytechnic’s permanent site, the seminar served as a strategic platform to equip educators with advanced pedagogical tools and practical methodologies essential for guiding student research in the field of business and management.

Keynote facilitator Mr. H. A. Adebowale from Summit University, Offa, delivered an insightful session on the fundamentals of systematic inquiry.
