Dear MAAUN Family,
The Management of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria [MAAUN], Kano wishes to inform all staff and students that Monday, 1st August, 2022 is a work-free day as declared by Kano State Government to mark the beginning of the 1445 Islamic (Hijra) New Year.
Meanwhile, the examination fixed for Monday, 1st August, has been shifted to Monday, 8th August, 2022 and that all other exams, venues and time remain unchanged.
The President on behalf of the Founder/Chairman Governing Council, Senate, Management, Staff and Students wish the University Community a peaceful and Happy Islamic New Year.
