MOUAU to Host 29th Parliament's Valedictory Plenary and Leadership Summit

The event, themed "Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders: Advocacy, Engagement, and Action," aims to enhance leadership skills among student leaders.

The Office of the Speaker of the Students' Representative Council (SRC) at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) has announced the upcoming 29th Parliament's Valedictory Plenary and Leadership Summit. The event, themed "Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders: Advocacy, Engagement, and Action," is scheduled for September 13, 2024.
The summit will take place at the Anyium Pius Auditorium, beginning at 11:00 AM. The purpose of the event is to equip student leaders with the skills necessary for effective and transparent leadership, with an emphasis on making a positive impact both within the university and in the broader community.
Student leaders from various levels are invited to attend, including course representatives, departmental and college comrades, as well as all outgoing and incoming SUG officials. The summit will feature a lineup of professional guest speakers providing valuable insights on crucial leadership topics.
