Nasarawa State University Keffi to Host Inaugural Lecture on Genetically Modified Switchgrass for Renewable Energy
The lecture, scheduled for 10:00 AM at the Assembly Hall, Main Campus, will be delivered by Prof. Josiah Chukwudi Onovo, a Professor of Cytogenetics and Plant Breeding.

Nasarawa State University, Keffi, will host an inaugural lecture titled “Genetically Modified Switchgrass: A Harbinger for Renewable Energy and Economic Growth” on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
The lecture, scheduled for 10:00 AM at the Assembly Hall, Main Campus, will be delivered by Prof. Josiah Chukwudi Onovo, a Professor of Cytogenetics and Plant Breeding. Prof. Onovo holds a B.Sc (Hons) from the University of Jos, an M.Sc from the University of Lagos, and a Ph.D. from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
