NOUN NAF Special Study Centre Reaffirms Strategic Partnership with Air Training Command

The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Special Study Centre for the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has reaffirmed its commitment to institutional collaboration during a courtesy visit to Air Training Command Headquarters in Kaduna.

Led by Centre Director Mrs. Abimbola Esther Frank, the delegation met with the new Air Officer Commanding (AOC), Air Vice Marshal E.P. Effanga, to discuss strengthening human capital development and academic opportunities for personnel.
