Making clarification about how the PRS gathers its data, she enlightened the corps members on the five important forms that are needed to be filled during the service year.
These forms are; Form 2A, Form 2B, Form 2C, Form 4A and Form 4B.
As an exercise during the lecture, corps members were instructed to log on to the website, www.nyscevaluations.com.ng to fill Form 4A which is an opinion survey administered during Orientation course.
