The atmosphere across the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) campus is one of intense focus and academic rigor as the First Semester Examinations for the 2025/2026 academic session officially kick off today, Monday, February 16, 2026. 

From the iconic Amphitheatre to the various faculty lecture theatres, students were seen arriving early to locate their examination halls and undergo final security and identity screenings.

The commencement of the exams follows weeks of intensive lectures and a dedicated revision period. The University Management has reiterated its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, urging all students to strictly adhere to the examination codes of conduct.

Key Reminders for Students:

Punctuality: Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Documentation: Ensure your printed Examination Slip and valid University ID card are readily available.
