The management of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has issued a notice to all candidates offered provisional admission for the 2025/2026 academic session, outlining important deadlines and requirements for securing their admission.

The management of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has issued a notice to all candidates offered provisional admission for the 2025/2026 academic session, outlining important deadlines and requirements for securing their admission.

According to the notice, all admitted candidates must pay their acceptance fees on or before Sunday, October 12, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the provisional admission.

The university also emphasized that candidates who have not accepted their admission on JAMB CAPS must do so by Friday, October 10, 2025, to confirm their willingness to study the offered programme. Candidates who fail to accept their admission on JAMB CAPS by the deadline will lose their offer, and their slots will be replaced.

Furthermore, candidates who have paid the acceptance fee but fail to upload correct, authentic, and verifiable documents for screening on or before Monday, October 20, 2025, will also forfeit their admission.

Documents required for upload on the OOU admission portal (for both UTME and DE candidates) include:

  • Original JAMB UTME Result Slip
  • Original JAMB DE Registration Slip (for DE candidates)
  • First Degree, JUPEB, A’Level, Diploma, or NCE Qualification Certificate (for DE candidates)
  • Original JAMB Admission Letter
  • Verifiable Birth Certificate (from the National Population Commission) or any birth certificate supported by a Premium or Standard NIN slip
  • Tax Clearance Certificate

The university urged all candidates to comply strictly with the stated deadlines and requirements to avoid forfeiting their admission offers.
