Peter Obi Donates N75 Million to Annunciation Specialist Hospital for College of Nursing

Former Anambra State governor, Peter Obi, has contributed N75 million to the Annunciation Specialist Hospital in Enugu State. The 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate donated N15 million from his personal funds, and his friend, Professor Philip Ozuah, added $50,000.

This donation aims to support the hospital's initiative of establishing a College of Nursing Sciences to address the shortage of healthcare professionals in Nigeria.

Obi emphasized the importance of citizens contributing to nation-building, especially in critical sectors, acknowledging the need for collective efforts to improve the country's Human Development Index.
