NSUK VC Receives NUC Resource Verification Team, Reaffirms Commitment to Academic Standards

The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, on Monday, September 28, 2026, received a delegation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) Resource Verification Team at the University Senate Chamber.

The visit reaffirmed the university administration’s commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance and the maintenance of high academic standards.

Welcoming the delegation, Professor Liman expressed her appreciation for the exercise, describing resource verification as an important step towards ensuring that academic programmes meet the prescribed requirements and standards of the NUC.

The Vice-Chancellor stressed the importance of collaboration and networking in promoting academic excellence and contributing to national development.

She assured the delegation of the university management’s full cooperation throughout the exercise and wished the team a successful and productive engagement.

• M.Sc. and Ph.D. Procurement Management
• Master of Accounting and Finance (MAF)
• M.Sc. and Ph.D. Taxation and Revenue Management
• Ph.D. Entrepreneurship and Innovation

The exercise is aimed at inspecting and verifying the university’s available human, physical and academic resources to determine their compliance with NUC requirements for the establishment and accreditation of the programmes.
