Redeemer’s University Deepens Strategic Partnership with NYSC to Boost Graduate Opportunities

Redeemer’s University (RUN) is deepening collaboration with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to enhance opportunities for RUN graduates and corps members alike.

Last week, the University Management, led by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof Shadrach Olufemi Akindele, visited the NYSC South-West Area Office in Osogbo, Osun State. The team was warmly received by Mrs Abiodun Olubukola, Director of the South-West Area Office.

The Vice-Chancellor expressed appreciation for the consistent deployment of corps members to Redeemer’s University, noting their excellent conduct and valuable contributions, some of whom have even been retained as full staff.

“As an expanding institution, we look forward to receiving more corps members in key areas where their skills can make meaningful impact,” Prof Akindele stated.

Mrs Olubukola assured the University of continued partnership, promising seamless call-up of RUN graduates and deployment of corps members to the institution.

The collaboration continued on Monday, with a visit to the NYSC Orientation Camp, Ede, where the team met with the Osun State Coordinator, Mr Kubiangha Ekeng Ita.

The Vice-Chancellor reaffirmed RUN’s commitment to providing a supportive environment where corps members can thrive and contribute their talents.
