UBTH CMD Prof. Ize-Iyamu Pays Courtesy Visit to SGF Sen. George Akume

The Chief Medical Director of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), Prof. Mrs. Idia Nibokun Ize-Iyamu, paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), His Excellency, Sen. Dr. George Akume.

The visit was aimed at fostering stronger institutional collaboration between UBTH and the Federal Government in order to advance quality healthcare delivery in Edo State and across Nigeria. Prof. Ize-Iyamu emphasized the hospital’s commitment to driving excellence in patient care, training, and research while seeking deeper partnerships with federal institutions.
