Umar Suleiman COE registration guidelines, 2023/2024

The management of Umar Sulaiman College of Education has released the guidelines of students Registration for 2023/2024.

The guidelines is as follows;

1. All students should report to MIS for verification before initiating the registration process.

2. After verification, students can proceed as follows:

a. NCE: visit https://uscoega_nce.safrecords.com or visit: www.uscoega.edu.ng

b. Degree: visit https://uscoega_degree.safrecords.com or visit: www.uscoega.edu.ng CHURDEC: visit https://uscoega_consultancy.safrecords.com or visit: www.uscoega.edu.ng

2. Type in your registration number for returning or application number for new students as the username and the default password uscoega2024 as password.

3. You will be prompted to update your password.

Note: The old password is the default password that is uscoega2024 and the new password should not be less than 8 characters and can be a mixture of both numbers and alphabets.

4. E-mail verification: A prompt will pop-up for email verification.

Make sure you click on "Yes" on first login to verify your email address as it will be used in processing your payment transaction with remita.

7. On successful login, confirm the following information: (Name, Level and Department) are correct before proceeding to makepayment. You will also provide your phone number in the prompt that will be displayed.

8. Click on 'Fees' on the right-hand side of your 'Screen', confirm that your schedule and the total amount is correct and Click on 'Proceed to full payment

9. You will be redirected to 'Paylog checkout where you click the box under 'Total' after you verified the information provided is correct then click on "Pay Now'.

10. You will be redirected to the remita page where you click on 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.

 

11. After a successful payment, you will be redirected to your portal dashboard and click on 'Print payment receipt' to print your receipt.

 

NOTE: You are required to print the receipt generated by the portal which will contain all your biodata and payment details.
