UMYUK Opens Applications for Master's Degree Programmes for 2024/2025 Academic Session

Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina (UMYUK) invites applications from qualified candidates for its Master's Degree Programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Eligibility Criteria for Master’s Degree Programmes:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holders: Graduates of recognized universities with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least Second-Class Honors or its equivalent.
• Postgraduate Diploma Holders: Candidates with a University degree and a Postgraduate Diploma from UMYU or any other recognized university, with at least a Credit level pass.
• Other Qualifications: Candidates with qualifications acceptable to the Senate of the University.

Eligibility Criteria for Professional Master’s Degree Programmes:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holders: Graduates with at least Second-Class Honors or its equivalent in a relevant field.
• Third Class Bachelor’s Degree Holders: Candidates with a Third Class degree and at least five years of relevant working experience.
• HND Holders: Candidates with a Higher National Diploma (HND) and a Credit pass in a Postgraduate Diploma from UMYU or another recognized institution in a relevant area.
• Other Qualifications: Candidates with qualifications deemed acceptable by the Senate of the University.
