The University of Benin (UNIBEN), Benin City, has announced its 358th Inaugural Lecture as part of the ongoing Inaugural Lecture Series.

The lecture will be delivered by Professor Eyesan Leslie Dabor, a distinguished Professor of Accounting at UNIBEN. Titled “The Book, the Cook, the Crook and the Hook: Exhuming the Whited Sepulchres of Financial Shenanigans,” the presentation promises a deep exploration of financial misconduct and accountability in contemporary accounting practice.

The event will be held under the chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Edoba B. Omoregie, SAN, and is open to members of the public.

About the Lecturer: Professor Dabor earned his B.Sc. (Honours), M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Accounting from UNIBEN, completing his doctoral degree in 2012. He is a Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and a member of the American Accounting Association.
