UNILORIN Deputy Registrar Mrs. Azeezat Quadri Elected Chairperson of CIPM Kwara Chapter

Mrs. Azeezat Quadri Ibrahim, Deputy Registrar at the University of Ilorin, has been elected Chairperson of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Kwara State Chapter. Her election was announced at the Institute's Annual General Meeting held on April 30, 2025.

In her inaugural address, Mrs. Ibrahim outlined her administration's strategic framework, "IMPACT," aimed at repositioning the chapter for enhanced relevance and productivity in human resource practice. The framework focuses on institutional strengthening, membership growth, professional development, and teamwork.

Mrs. Ibrahim pledged to build on the achievements of her predecessors and outlined plans to expand membership, organize capacity-building programs, and establish a functional secretariat. She also emphasized the importance of collaboration with the national body to align with national goals.
