The management of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has raised an alarm over the activities of scammers attempting to deceive students, particularly new ones, regarding the payment of school charges. These fraudulent individuals have set up fake websites and portals, misleading unsuspecting students to make payments into unauthorized accounts.
For clarity, the university reiterates that the only authorized platform for all student transactions, including payment of school charges, is the official student portal at portal.unilorin.edu.ng.
UNILORIN strongly advises students to be vigilant and always use the official portal to avoid falling victim to these scammers. The University management remains committed to safeguarding its students from such malicious activities.
